If you are dissatisfied with the item you may return it in its original condition for a full refund within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
In the event that a device sold to you is defective or damaged, we also offer an option to exchange the item for the same model of device.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Damaged items during shipment or items damaged on arrival (DOA) must be reported in 48 hours from the time shipment was received in order for us to file insurance claims. Insurance claim requires us to have original shipping box.

Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Once processed, please allow up to an additional 3 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method .
